Graduate Development Program

The Corrs Graduate Development Program has been carefully designed to help you make the transition from student to lawyer as successfully as possible. Corrs is one of the first firms to provide a truly national program that ensures all graduates develop at the same pace across all offices.

The Program offers an unparalleled level of training, consisting of three rotations (5 months, 4 months, 4 months) - two of which will be in a litigation and transaction based practice area, followed by a third in another practice group. We believe this structure will allow you to develop fundamental skills and experience in core areas as well as providing you with an opportunity to explore your own areas of interest.

The primary focus of the Program is on acquiring the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a great lawyer - a lawyer who will quickly contribute to the success of our clients and Corrs.
